The Research Committee of Nabon Women’s Synod College was established with the aim and purpose to encourage and promote research by faculty members and students in the College. The management of the
Committee is as follows:

Objectives:
- To create a sense of enthusiasm amongst faculty members and students towards research.
- To encourage research in the various departments of the College.
- To promote inter disciplinary research.
- To maintain and retain all records of research for easy access in the future.
- To encourage quality research for publication in journals and online journals.
Functions:
- To ensure availability in research facilities such as books, online journals etc.,
- To organise workshops and seminars for the promotion of research.
