The IQAC, Internal Quality Assurance Cell, of the College was constituted on the 22^nd September 2021.  The Governing Body felt the need for the College to prepare for accreditation by the NAAC in order to know and understand the development of the college in the different parameters in promoting education and character building of the stakeholders through the varied initiatives, internally or externally.

OBJECTIVES

To develop a framework for striving and consistent upliftment in the academic and administrative performance of the College so as to promote and enhance quality assurance of the institute in her future endeavours.

POLICIES of the IQAC:

1. Ensure academic and administrative performance of the College.
2. To initiate academic and research programmes to foster the needs of the teaching faculty and the student’s fraternity.
3. To integrate and introduce the modern methods of teaching and learning process.
4. To imbibe and provide opportunity to all sections of the society in providing affordable education.
5. To create credibility of assessment and evaluation processes through assignments, tests, group discussion and examination so as to tap the potentiality of the stakeholders.
6. To promote an internal support structure and service for the maintenance and enhancement of the various programmes for the betterment of the College.

FUNCTIONS.

To develop and apply quality improvement in the fields of academic and administrative in inculcating the technological know how in the various programmes of the College.

To create an environment for a student centric atmosphere in promoting quality education.

To promote the teaching faculty in adopting the modern techniques for a participatory teaching and learning process.

To acquire information on the development of the stakeholders in their academic and non-academic performance.

To analyze feedback system from the stakeholders on the quality assurance of the College as a whole.

Organise workshops and seminars so as to update and enable the development of the various departments of the College.

Documentation of the various programmes and activities of the College.

To prepare and submit the Annual Quality Assurance Report(AQAR) as per norms of NAAC.
