The College is affiliated to the North eastern Hill University and any student who has passed the plus 2 (10 + 2) or any equivalent examination from a recognized Boards/Universities along with the CUET are eligible to apply for admission into the FYUG Programme under NEP 2020. Provisional Admission will also be given to those students without CUET.

Nabon Women’s Synod College in partnership with Greta Solutions Training Academy provides free Vocational Certificate Course in Craft Baker. This course is funded by Meghalaya State Skill Devotement Society (MSSDS) and was set up in September 2023. Further, the College in collaboration with Kayzey Training Academy started two free Vocational Courses in Beauty & Wellness and Bakery. These courses are funded by Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) and started in March 2024. All these courses are designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in these specialized fields. Bakery and Craft, Baker courses delves into the art and science of baking, covering techniques for creating a variety of delicious baked goods. The Beauty and Wellness course covers topics like skincare, make-up application and spa treatments to prepare students for a career in the beauty industry.
